Our toilet overflow started gushing in the middle of the night, I called Hampshire emergency plumbers 1st thing in the morning, Paul said he would be with me by the end of the morning but he was here within an hour as he knew I had turned water off and have a toddler at home. I was very happy with the work done and the cost was reasonable. I would happily use again

Having decided to replace my aging boiler I contacted Paul following what seemed like an exceptionally dear quote from another heating engineer. Paul visited and discussed at length the options available for my property size and type of use. There was no sales pressure and all costing was very clear with no additional hidden costs. The service I received was professional, all work areas tidied and full demonstration of boiler operation before leaving. You'd be hard pushed to find such a great service at a reasonable cost. I can't recommend Paul enough and shall continue to use his company.

We had a nail through a pipe problem under the floorboards. After calling many other plumbers who couldn't fit us in for days I called Paul at 3pm - they offered 2am that morning or 9am! Early response and very quiet and worked and left the bathroom very tidy - excellent experience

Nothing was too much effort, arrived to check my boiler. We agreed a new one was in order due to the age. Came back and fitted at an agreed date. Very happy with the workmanship everything was left clean. I also asked Paul to add an extra radiator in a room for me which he did while he was there. Will be a repeat customer now.

After searching for an emergency plumber, I phoned Paul at 9.30pm on a Saturday night after my tenants called to say the boiler was leaking water. He told me exactly what to do, and that he would be over first thing Sunday morning. Straight away my mind was put at ease. After inspecting it, he told me I needed a new boiler. He told me everything, was very honest and I knew I wanted him to carry out the job, which he did 4 days later during lockdown! Customer service was excellent and he is very approachable, I will be using him from now on for future work and maintenance.

When my wife phoned in the morning she was in a bit of a state - Paul calmed her down and reassured her they would help, and help they did, giving her instruction on how to minimise the damage before they arrived. After several hours taken to locate the leak and complete a very difficult job in such confined space they charged a very reasonable sum. When our boiler failed over Christmas, Paul came out very quickly and did a temporary fix and then sourced and fitted a new boiler within three days. Honest, reliable and well priced. Can't fault his work and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Typical, Sunday night and a strange smell was coming from the boiler. Called Emergency Hampshire Plumber LTD as suspected a gas leak.
